Forty years ago, I was a psychic junkie. I’d found reincarnation and the mesmerizing power of psychics. Nonetheless, out of the blue, I was turned on to numerology. I was younger and starting my career and marriage. I really loved tracking down my next psychic. One day, somebody said numerologist to me. I was a blank. I had no idea what that meant. But I designed to find out.
I was working in Dallas. I was told this Numerologist.Com Review was in Fort Worth and her name was Marie Norris. Sounded innocent enough. How do I book a numerology session with her? It was just a bit complicated. It seems Miss Norris was not a big lover of the modern use of the phone. She did not even have a secretary or perhaps answering machine. In any event, I discovered out exactly where she lived and off I went.
Dallas isn’t as close to Fort Worth as many people tell you. What about the early 1970s, it seemed so much further. But gas was 29 cents a gallon so who cared. We didn’t have online next so I’d no fast strategy to take a look at what numerology was. I was a tiny bit familiar with astrology, but now I know just how small.
Her house was not too hard to find perhaps even for a Dallas woman. I walked as much as the door and also knocked planning on a nice older woman to appear to graciously ask me in to a gorgeous house. She was indeed older along with a huge lover of cats by the amount I first discovered. And possibly even a lover of rodents because they dominated as well.
The first thing I noticed when entering was being stressed by the ghastly smell. A nice southern girl, I would never say anything about it. But I started to realize I couldn’t breathe very well in its presence. She just asked me to sit back somewhere between the stacks of newspapers and slimy canned cat food. I didn’t know how long this will take, although I was not sure I could stay quite long with the stench.
She asked me my name and the birthday of mine. I gave it and off she went. She started a huge selection of calculations starting at the upper part of the page to the bottom and then returned again to the very best with the second row. I’m not sure, although she place at least 6 7 rows of calculations then started on the backside of the web page. This went on for most pages.
She was extremely wrapped up in the calculations of her. And then she would just completely stop as well as slump down in what I should only describe as a “nap.” Just as I began to get concerned, she would subsequently suddenly sit up and keep on. This looked like an eternity. Thus, I discreetly excused myself as well as went outside to eagerly grab some fresh air.
I’d absolutely no idea that she was creating a numerology reading on me or even what that meant. I was simply wanting a deck of cards. however, she was determined to give me the expertise of her. And certainly she did. When she completed and asked me to come back in, she began telling me things I had not actually asked about. With complete authority, she informed me that I would be getting a green vehicle. I said, no, no. My automobile is red and somewhat new. She said, “The next time you arrive, you will have a green car.”
Somehow, she informed the interest in me. After she finished revealing to me exactly where I would live, who I would be with and also what very best things have been for me, I began questioning her. It has been some time, but I remember she said she studied numerology at Stanford University. I haven’t idea in case that is correct, but I then looked around all the stacks of papers and found a map out on a dinner table.
I subsequently discovered she was under contract with many different oil companies to tell them where you can drill for oil. Suddenly she became a bit less strange to me. I became fans of her. The next time I arrived, I realized I’d a green car. Each time I came I found a little bit more about her, but not around numerology. She wasn’t interested in teaching jaoxth numerology, what a numerology chart is or how life path numerology is of help. She went about her calculations after which you can created her numerological predictions.
She said that she’d constantly lived in Fort Worth. Her father had been an officer in the Army stationed at Ft. Worth. Sometimes she would arrive at her home too I did in a stunning Cadillac. She clarified that the driver had “rented” her for a party. She build an office for the party goers to drop in and grab their numerological readings.
I began to recognize that Marie Norris was an icon within the Fort Worth community. She advised everyone, from the very very rich to the not abundant. She’d just won them over doing what she did better compared to anyone else without tooting her own horn.
About 10 years later after a much too long abstinence, I was editing a film with my friend George Kline. His production company had made the movie in Dallas. While we had been chatting, he reminded me that he was originally from Fort Worth. I became all bubbly and asked in case he knew Marie Norris. Just as bubbly, his eyes lighted up and he said, “Of course!” I said, hey we have to go see her.
He agreed as well as called his assistant to organize a booking. His assistant called again and alerted us that Miss Norris was no more living. We were devastated. Who’d we visit for numerological readings.
Marie Norris never educated me in numerology, never created my numerology report or perhaps chart. however, she gave me an appreciation of numerology i still have forty years in the future. I have the internet today to learn more and more numerology, numerology readings and numerological predictions. So, that’s what I’m about to do to honor the dear Miss Norris. It is time.
